Starting a business is the easier part; keeping it alive through a slow season, a price rise or a sick child is where most small enterprises fail. Our training is practical and local, run in the language people trade in and built on the figures women bring from their own businesses.

Sessions cover costing and pricing, keeping simple records, separating household money from business money, saving in small and consistent amounts, and recognising exploitative arrangements. Participants join a savings group where they learn to keep promises to themselves and to each other, and each woman is linked to a mentor who has traded through the same difficulties. Follow-up visits turn a single workshop into a habit.
