Alongside its structured programmes, a foundation should be able to answer need quickly. Our outreach work responds to the emergencies and seasonal pressures that push families under: food price rises, floods and displacement, medical camps, and the festive periods when a struggling household feels its situation most.
Outreach is planned with community leaders and local associations so that help reaches people who are genuinely in need rather than people with connections. Distribution is orderly and recorded, photographs are taken only with consent, and wherever possible we buy from local traders — including the women we support — so that charity strengthens the local economy rather than undercutting it.
